MONGOLIAN BEEF

Beef stake:250 gr strip cut.

Ginger garlic paste:1 1/2 tsp

Soy sauce: 4 tbsp

Brown sugar: 1 cup

Green onion: 1 chopped

Water: 1 cup

Corn flour: 1 cup

Oil: for frying

Salt: as per taste

METHOD:

In a pan add 2 tbsp oil,then add brown sugar,water,soy sauce,ginger garlic paste and cook until the sugar get dissolve.

Sauce is ready.

In another pan heat up oil then take beef strips and cover with corn flour then fry it until brown.

Add the beef in sauce and cook it for 5 min.

Add green onion & mix.

Enjoy.
