TERIYAKI CHICKEN

Chicken bone less: 250 grm  cubes

Soy sauce: 1 tbsp

Maple syrup: 1 tsp

Garlic: 1 clove chopped

Ginger: 1/4 tsp

Corn Starch: 1/4 tsp

Black Pepper: 1/4 tsp

Salt: as per taste

Oil: for frying

METHOD:
Take a bowl add all the ingredients except chicken and oil and mix well.

Heat up pan and pour oil then ass chicken into it cook until get soft.

Add sauce and mix it in chicken.

cook till well done then serve hot.
