MONGOLIAN BEEF

INGREDIENTS: Beef stake:250 gr strip cut. Ginger garlic paste:1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce: 4 tbsp Brown sugar: 1 cup Green onion: 1 chopped Water: 1 cup Corn flour: 1 cup Oil: for frying Salt: as per taste METHOD: In a pan add 2 tbsp oil,then add brown sugar,water,soy sauce,ginger garlic paste and cook until the sugar get dissolve. Sauce is ready. In another pan heat up oil then take beef strips and cover with corn flour then fry it until brown. Add the beef in sauce and cook it for 5 min. Add green onion & mix. Enjoy.

NANDOS FRENCH FRIES

Ingredients: Potatos:2 Nandos chip sprinkle Oil Technique: Peel and cut potatos in to chips generously cover your chips with the chip sprinkle put potatos in to a bowl and cover with oil or fry light spray spead out onto a baking tray and cook in the oven for about 20-30 mins, may take longer depends how thick youve cut your chips serve and cover with more sprinkle if u wish
